• Online Courses/Programs: You may cancel your course enrollment within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

• Flashcards or Physical Products: Orders for physical products such as flashcards cannot be canceled once they are shipped. If the product is defective or damaged, please refer to the return policy below.

2. Refund Policy

• Courses/Programs: If you decide to cancel within 7 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

• Physical Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order details to initiate the refund process.

Note: No refunds will be processed for digital products, such as eBooks, once they have been downloaded or accessed.
